Il y a quelques semaines, dans le mois de mai 2009, on a celebré la huitième édition du Dialogue IntraRwandais a Majorque (Espagne) DIR’09 avec la participation de 30 hommes et femmes rwandais provenant d’Áfrique, Europe et l’Amerique du Nord apartenant a tous les groupes etniques de Rwanda -hutu, tutsi et twa- ainsi comme deux congolais. 14 observateurs internationaux ont assisté aussi, ainsi que deux mediateurs-facilitateurs, tout ça sous les auspices du candidat a Prix Nobel de la Paix M. Juan Carrero, avec l’appui du Prix Nobel de la Paix M. Adolfo Perez Esquivel et du Vicepresident de l’initiative de l’Aliance des Civilisations, M. Federico Mayor Zaragoza. Après cinc ans de procés ils se sont accordé de demander formellement a un Gouvernement de l’Afrique Centrale la celebration du DIALOGUE INTRARWANDAIS HAUTEMENT INCLUSSIF, en demandant l’appui institutionnel el financier de la communauté international. Dans ces cinq derniers années 150 liders rwandais ont particípé, parmi eux, deux anciens premiers ministres, plusieurs anciens ministres, anciens ambasateurs, anciens militaires, liders politiciens, répresentants de la societé civile, des organisations des victimes, de droits humains et experts en construction de paix et du monde économique, en se projectant dans l’avenir comme base a partir de laquelle il peut se construire une nouvelle Rwanda acceptée et volue par tous les groupes politiques, etniques, sociaux et économiques du Rwanda et de la communauté internationale.

Recientemente, en el mes de mayo de 2009, se ha celebrado la octava edición del Diálogo IntraRwandés en Mallorca (España) DIR’09 con la asistencia de 30 hombres y mujeres rwandeses procedentes de África, Europa y Norteamérica pertenecientes a todos los grupos étnicos de Rwanda -hutus, tutsis y twa- así como dos congoleses. También asistieron a esta edición 14 observadores internacionales, 2 facilitadores-mediadores, todo ello bajo los auspicios del candidato a premio nobel de la Paz, Sr. Juan Carrero y con el apoyo del Premio Nobel de la Paz Sr. Adolfo Perez Esquivel y del Vicepresidente para la Alianza de Civilizaciones, Sr. Federico Mayor Zaragoza. Después de cinco años de proceso acordaron instar formalmente a un gobierno de África Central la celebración del DIALOGO INTRARWANDES ALTAMENTE INCLUSIVO, solicitando el apoyo institucional i financiero de la comunidad internacional. En estos cinco años de proceso han participado casi 150 líderes rwandeses, destacando dos ex Primeros Ministros, varios ex ministros, ex embajadores, ex militares, líderes políticos, representantes de la sociedad civil, de organizaciones de víctimas, de derechos humanos e investigación por la paz y del mundo económico que se proyectan con potencia en el futuro para la celebración de este diálogo InterRwandés que consideran base legimitimadora sobre la que debe construirse una nueva Rwanda ampliamente aceptada por todos los grupos políticos, étnicos, sociales, económicos de Rwanda y por la comunidad internacional.

Some weeks ago, in the begining of may 2009, the eighth IntraRwandan Dialogue session held in Mallorca, Spain, featured the participation of thirty Rwandan men and women from all Rwandan ethnic groups- Hutu, Tutsi and Twa-, as well as two Congolese, who had come from Africa, Europe and North America. Two mediators/facilitators together with the sponsoring of Peace Nobel Price candidate Mr. Juan Carrero, Peace Nobel Price Mr. Adolfo Perez Esquivel, and Vicepresident of Civilisations Alliance Mr. Federico Perz Esquivel. Celebrating five years since the dialogue started, they agreed to formally ask a Central African government to hold a Highly Inclusive Inter-Rwandan Dialogue, and request institutional and financial support from the international community. During the course of these five years, almost 150 Rwandan leaders have participated in the process. Among them, it is worth noting the involvement of two former prime ministers, various former cabinet ministers, former ambassadors, political leaders, representatives from civil society, from victims’ as well as human rights organizations, from institutions devoted to peace and economic research. All of the above have set their eyes on the future and on carrying on this inter-Rwandan dialogue as the legitimate foundation upon which to build a new Rwanda that can be widely accepted by all political, ethnic, social and economic groups as well as by the international community.
